Everything You Need to Know About Booking the Village Hall

How can I find out about availability in the Village Hall for an event?

Please contact the Booking Clerk (01522788489) for availability or e-mail clmvillagehall@gmail.com
We will try and answer your call/message as soon as we can.

How can I confirm my booking once the availability has been agreed?

Please carefully read the Rules of Hiring the Village Hall and then complete the booking form.

E-mail the completed booking form to clmvillagehall@gmail.com

This booking form will then be acknowledged and payment of the hire fee is then required.

Payment should be made for the hire payment plus the deposit (£100) - the preferred payment is through on-line banking. The details about payment are on the booking form.

How to access the hall on the day of the booking?

Contact the Booking Clerk (01522788489) and all details about collection of hall keys and access will be explained.
If you would like to visit the hall ahead of the day of hire please contact us and this can be arranged.
